This cable allows you to connect an external cassette recorder to an Amstrad / Schneider CPC 664 or CPC 6128.

The 5-pin DIN connector connects to the corresponding tape port on the CPC. The other end features two separate jack plugs for connection to the MIC and EAR sockets of a suitable cassette recorder.

This allows cassette-based programs and data to be loaded from and saved to an external tape recorder using your CPC.

The two jack plugs are colour-coded for easy identification. The cable length is approximately 1 metre.

Use
